Pisces Relationships - Partner

Pisces parents are naturally lenient, often finding it difficult to administer discipline or enforce rules. They may understand their children better than most people, but they still find it hard to steer them in any particular direction.

Pisces mother adores all her children but especially the lost puppies, ugly ducklings and lame ducks. She is prepared to make whatever sacrifices are necessary to give her youngsters the things – material or emotional – that were lacking in her own upbringing. She is a wonderful listener and has enough sympathy to spread across any amount of grazed knees, black eyes or wounded pride.

Pisces father prefers to play with his offspring rather than play the stern father figure. He wants to give his family everything they need and will work long and hard to that end. He is kind, gentle and understanding, and nurtures their sensitivities, their minds and their dreams.

Pisces parents must be wary of passing their own doubts, fears and inherent pessimism on to their children. Their ability to sense the feelings of everyone around them makes them especially sensitive to their youngsters’ emotional needs but they are not always so adept at dealing with their practical demands. Pisces parents’ tendency to give vague replies to serious questions can irritate their offspring. Their love, however, is never in question.

Their vivid imagination means that Pisces parents are natural storytellers. They can create wonderful fantasy worlds for their children and magical games to amuse them. In many ways they are children themselves and never lose the enchantment of childhood.
