Aquarius Relationships - Partner

Aquarians are seldom natural parents and tend to regard their children with a certain amount of bemusement and friendly detachment. They expect them to be individualistic, logical and intelligent. They seldom engage in open displays of affection but like spending time with them and are attentive listeners.

Aquarius father enjoys inventing complicated games for his youngsters – and enjoys playing them, too. He expects his children to do their own thing and is unlikely to get upset, even if they get it disastrously wrong. His somewhat offbeat approach to education means that his offspring may be educated at a progressive school or even at home.

Aquarius mother often has difficulty focusing her caring skill on a single child instead of the masses. She treats her children’s friends as equals and gets involved in long discussions with them. She is probably less anxious about her offspring than most other mothers and tends to tolerate outlandish revelations or behaviour.

Aquarians have a laid-back approach to parenthood and seldom nag their children. They are relaxed, helpful and great fun. Because they value their own independence, they encourage the same in their daughters and sons. They are more concerned that their youngsters do what makes them happy than pursue conventional or material goals.

Aquarius parents trust their children and assume that they will tell the truth. They encourage them to be original, different and true to themselves. All they ask is that they stick to their principles and convictions and find the lifestyle which suits them personally.
